  1. Discharge volume values are for reference only, and may differ slightly according to individual site conditions and product differences. (conditions: room temperature, clean water, suction height -1.5 m)
  2. Max. discharge viscosity is 50 mPa•s.
  3. The solenoid is not explosion-proof. Take sufficient not of this when selecting the model.
  4. These values are for liquid-end material types FEC, FFC, VEC, VFC and CL. Contact your supplying agent separately for other materials.
  5. Hose is provided in the case of FEC/FFC (CL on ARPZi) type.

Notes:
  1. Special fluoro-rubber, or Vyton by trade name, is a copolymer of vinylidene fluoride and propylene hexafluoride. It is approved by The Food Sanitation Test by Ordinance 434 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan.
  2. EPDM is a copolymer of ethylene, propylene, and diene compounds, and is approved by The Food Sanitation Test by Ordinance 434 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan.
  3. PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) is a di-fluoride resin, and is approved by The Food Sanitation Test by Ordinance 434 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare of Japan.
  4. PTFE (tetrafluoroethylene resin), or Teflon by trade name, is a type of fluoride resin.
  5. The 6TC, STC and FTC types are custom order products.

Ο Analog signal input

(1) Proportional band function
  (A) Pump can operate at 100% even if
the input signal is not 100% (20mA).
  (B) Pump does not operate at full capacity
even if the input signal is 100% (20mA).
(2) Shift function
  (A) Pump discharges the minimum amount
even if the input signal is 0 (4mA).
  (B) Pump does not start injection
until the input exceeds a certain value.

When the tank is empty:
  • The pump stops [PZi4]
  • The pump stops [PZi8]
  • The alarm indication works.

(1) Counter (Metering batch injection) [PZi8]
  Pump operates up to max.9999 × 1000 times by the start(switch)signal.
Multiplication setting.(Such as × 1, × 10, × 100 and × 1000.)is available.
Type 31 discharges up to max. 0.99 × 1000. L by one signal. (Indication counts down.)
(2) Interval function  
  ON time and OFF interval can be freely set
from 1 to 9999 min. respectively.
